Mobility Monday: Efficient Movement
One of the pillars of the E3 ethos is efficiency. There are only 24 hours in the day, and often times it feels like we need more. This is exactly why we need to incorporate movements and exercises that have a lot of bang for their buck.
Here is a great mobility sequence that really works on opening the hips and glutes. These are two areas that often tighten up the most through the day from extended hours of sitting. If you have any knee issues during this movement, just get as low as you can pain-free.
